Privacy Policy
Effective date: April 19, 2026
myTTP ("the App") is an iOS application that monitors U.S. Trusted Traveler Program (TTP) enrollment center appointment availability and sends push notifications when appointments matching your preferences become available. This policy explains what information is collected and how it is used.
Information We Collect
- Device identifier. A random UUID is generated on first launch and stored in your device's Keychain. It persists across app reinstalls and is used solely to associate your notification preferences with your device.
- Push notification token. If you grant notification permission, Apple's Push Notification service (APNs) provides a device token. This token is sent to our server so we can deliver alerts to your device.
- Subscription preferences. When you create an appointment alert, the App sends your selected enrollment center, program (Global Entry, NEXUS, etc.), preferred date range, and preferred hour range to our server.
- Location (optional). If you grant location permission, the App uses your approximate location on-device to sort nearby enrollment centers. Location data is never transmitted to our server.
How We Use Your Information
- To monitor TTP appointment slots on your behalf and send push notifications when matching appointments become available.
- To associate your alert preferences with your device so notifications reach the correct device.
We do not use your information for advertising, analytics, or any purpose beyond delivering the core notification service.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
